• Impound data packages selected evidence into an AES-256 encrypted, password-protected BIN file to support secure transport, legal hold, and chain-of-custody requirements.
• Archiving data copies all recordings within a selected time interval to a user-designated archive location for long-term retention and later review.
• Export data enables fast extraction of recordings for routine analysis or quick sharing where legal-grade evidence handling is not required (non-encrypted export).
• Speech-to-Text converts recorded speech into searchable text to accelerate review, investigation, and audit workflows.
• Audit Trail provide governance-ready traceability of user activity and actions to strengthen accountability and support compliance reporting.
